Shelly has been in the creative field most of her life.  From copywriter to creative director, Shelly has won over 40 national and international awards for her creative talent. But she didn't stop there. About twelve years ago she started her art career in Atlanta and now resides as a working artist in the Tampa Bay area. She has showcased her art in various galleries and art venues throughout the Southeast. Even Fox News did a feature on her in December 2020 and ABC News

in 2022. Presently, Shelly has combined her writing and teaching along with her art in a series of children's learning books.
